Indoor Parties FAQ

What type of Parties Do You Host? 

 We offer indoor parties for birthdays, graduation, school events, corporate parties, neighborhood parties, holiday parties, after-prom parties and any other party you can think of looking for a ton of action and fun. Our Dance Party is geared towards older kids with music and lights. Are different themes and larger interactive inflatables make our parties suitable for all ages. Outdoor waterslide parties are great for larger groups, company events or school functions.
 
How far in advance should I make my reservation.
 
We suggest making you reservation as soon as possible in advance to your event. Once a time slot has been filled it is removed from the system on that specific day. All events are paid in full online and completed by our secure server. You will receive an immediate order confirmation by email once you complete checkout.
 
What is your refund policy?
 

If cancelled 30 or more days prior to your event - $0 Cancellation Fee

  • If cancelled within 29 Days of your event $50 Cancellation Fee

  • If cancelled within 10 days of event, $100 Cancellation Fee

  • These fees will be deducted from original online transaction and remaining balance credited back to your original payment choice.

     
    What is included in your party package?
     
    We will supply paper goods plates and forks. There will not be any discounts if you choose to bring your own paper goods. Each party will be assigned a party coordinator who will greet the children, go over safety rules, supervise the party in the play area, assist parents and children in the party room and assist with the food  and gifts.
      
    How long is the party and what is the format?
     
    The party is 2 hours and 15 minutes. The first hour and half will take place in the inflatable area. The next 45 minutes will be in the party room where the children and adults can have food and drinks.
     
       The birthday child may choose to open their gifts in the party room if the time permits. Our party coordinator can load gifts into a cart and assist
     the parents to their vehicle. The party group cannot return to the inflatable area after leaving the party room.
     
    We ask that our guests not arrive more than ten minutes before their party time. We do this to ensure the party room is clean and ready for your party.
     
    How many children are included in your party packages?
     
    Indoor Parties include 24 children
    Waterslide Parties Include 30 children or Adults
     
    Each additional child will be $8.00.
     
    Is it required for every child to have a signed waiver?
     
    Yes; every child must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver on their behalf prior to entering the play area.
     
    Can I bring my own food and drinks to the party?
     
    We will permit snacks and bottled drinks( Water, Juice Boxes and Soda) into the facility, as well as the birthday cake, ice cream cups or cupcakes. Upon your request, we will order additional pizza pies to be delivered. These pizzas can be added at the beginning of your party.
     
    What are the rules inside the play area?
     
    No food or drinks in the play area except water. Socks are required for anyone going on the inflatables. No running, pushing, wrestling. Go down the inflatables feet first. Pick up arms and elbows to avoid "carpet burn" as you go down the slides.
     
    No gum. No sharp jewelry that may get caught on the inflatables. (It may get caught on the mesh on the inflatable or puncture a hole in the inflatable).
     
    Go down the inflatables one at a time. Make sure the bottom is clear before descending any slides. Children and adults may not go behind or on the sides of the inflatables at any time.
    WARNINGS will be made to children who are not obeying the rules as asked. If a member of the party consistently ignores Cuse Bounce Houses Staff they will be removed from the play for. Safety is must and we take it VERY Seriously!
     
    Can you tip the party coordinators?
     
    As in any service industry, tipping is at your discretion. Most of the staff are high school and college kids who greatly appreciate tips for their hard work.

    How much room is needed for a bounce house and what surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?
     
    You will need to provide a level area of about 4 feet by 4 feet wider than the dimensions of the bounce house you are renting with an overhead clearance of about 18 feet for our units. Our units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the bounce house will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.
     
    Do you set up in parks?
     
    Yes. Call us for pricing. Many parks do require a permit. If the Park does not have electric service you would need to add a generator to the rental.
     
    Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?
     
    Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.
     
    FREE DELIVERY is included within a 15 mile radius of 13212.
     
     Delivery from 15-25 miles is an extra $20.00. Delivery from 26-40 miles is an extra $40.00. Extra delivery fees will be collected at the event
     
    What time do you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?
     
    Cuse Bounce Houses has 3 delivery time slots per day. You can choose 9:30am-11:00am11:00am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-2:00pm! If you need more specific delivery/pick-up times please call us at 315-925-8999 to discuss.
    All rentals will be picked up starting at 6:30pm!
     
    How long does it take to set up the bounce house?
     
    It takes about 20-30 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines and sign all paperwork required with you.
     
    Who will come and break down the bounce houses?
     
    The same driver will come and break down the bounce house unit and the break down time is 20-30 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the original driver.
     
    What kind of power is required?
     
    All units must be within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. We provide 50ft heavy duty extension cords with all our bounce house rentals.
     
    Are inflatables safe?
     
    Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of your Safety Instructions are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe
     
    What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house?
      
    A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.
     

    WATERSLIDE/OUTDOOR PARTIES FAQ

    What are these parties? 

     Our Outdoor waterslide parties are great for larger groups, company events or school functions. These parties include 2 large waterslides, a slip and slide and 1 Small Bounce House for smaller children. Outdoor Non-Water Slide Parties Large Interactive Bounce Houses and 2 Regular Bounce Houses.
    What are the rules inside the play area?

    We have 5 picnic tables and several tents for shade during your party. We will supply paper goods, plastic utensils, and invitations. There will not be any discounts if you choose to bring your own paper goods. Each party will be assigned a party coordinator who will greet the children, go over safety rules, supervise the party in the outside area. Inside Party rooms are not included in this party package. Restrooms are available inside for use.
      
    How long is the party and what is the format?
     
    The party is 3 hours. The first 2 hours and 15 minutes and half will take place in the waterslide or outdoor area. The next 45 minutes will be in the in the picnic area where the children and adults can have food and drinks. Presents can also be opened during this time.
